Late train RailAid

If you experienced a delay in your train arrival, you may be eligible for compensation under EU regulations. We will assist you in submitting your claim, so you can receive the compensation that you are entitled to.

How to access RailAid

Members are allowed only one claim submission for RailAid benefits, so all eligible claims must be included in a single request.
